Back To School: Practical Gadgets

Jake Bechtold | August 17, 2007

All along I’ve wanted to do a roundup of the back to school gadgets for any student. Earlier this week, I was thinking about what to throw in. Amazingly enough, I found an article by Paul Stamatiou that is exactly what I wanted.

Every year around this time some large gadget or tech website makes a back to school post. Unfortunately, they are under the preposterous assumption that college students can afford very expensive gear.

It’s about time someone set them straight. I’ve been in college long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, so here is my advice to any incoming college freshman.

While Mr. Stamatiou’s article is driven towards the college freshman student, the gadgets he talks about could easily be used for high school students (such as me). Enjoy!
