Manic Monday: September 10th
Jake Bechtold | September 10, 2007
Hello – I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Time to start off the week right once again with some Manic Monday.
– Digg gets pictures- well, kinda. Also…
– Netscape’s Digg clone is now dead. May it rest in pieces as it always was.
– Comcast is killing the connection of heavy internet users.
– Good news for file sharers. A Judge has struck down part of Patriot Act.
– Which reminds me… MPAA says no to suing; Pays $15,000 for private e-mails.
– Disco Inferno: Another Dell has gone up in flames. Sucks for them.
– Apple released all new iPods. I covered this to death, but to clear things up…
– iPod Touch Can Run All Apple and Third-Parties’ iPhone Apps. Cool. And…
– Steve Jobs is giving $100 to those who bought the iPhone before the price cut.
– Moving on… The Pirate Bay Won’t Bow Down to “Weak” US Government.
– New Numbers: Wikipedia hits 2 Million and Firefox hits 400 Million. Nice.
That’s this week’s edition of Manic Monday. Be sure to stay tuned for more tech content as always. Enjoy!
